In 1996 the Osbe Helmet Division was established specializing in the production of helmets for motorcycle use, followed in 2001 with the Osbe Snow Helmets Division, dedicated to making superior helmets for Ski and Snowboarding. In 2006 the Osbe APC (Advanced Composite Performance) Helmets Division was started producing technologically advanced helmets for Motor Racing.
