The Progressor 900 is Fischer's top model in the high performance category, stiffer and less forgiving than the Progressor 800. The 900 is super stable at top speed and in long turns. But it still has that little bit of flexibility to be able to change its radius according to the amount of pressure applied in a turn. The excellent edge grip challenges you to go sharper and sharper through the turns. And the superfast edge switch completes this excellent piste ski.
The variable radius (according to Fischer between 13.0 and 17.0 meters) adds the right amount of playfulness to an otherwise serious and stiff ski. When the snow circumstances get worse though, its agressiveness is quite a challenge. Therefore the Progressor 900 is not suitable to intermediate skiers.
"Ensures its skier has no limits: featuring newly developed on pist ROCKER combined with the well known DUAL Radius technology. RACETRACK plate for more stability, better power transfer and more dynamic turn behaviour.", says Fischer. Whatever all this tech babble means, it works!
